A Starter site usually goes live within a week of acceptance; a multi-page Standard build takes two to three. We connect your domain — registered in your name — and set you up on Google.
02 Local search
Why bespoke beats a template for local search.
When someone in Heaton needs a plumber, or someone in Jesmond is choosing Sunday brunch, Google is picking between a handful of local sites — and it measures things templates make hard. A page-builder ships its whole builder with every page — script a visitor on mobile data must download before they see your opening hours. A hand-built page carries only what it needs, which is why ours load in under a second.
The other difference is text. Search engines read words, and template sites are strangely short of them — menus locked in PDFs, prices in screenshots, headings that just say welcome. We put the substance in real, indexable text, with the structured data that tells Google what kind of business you are. None of it guarantees a ranking — but it removes the weight that holds most small-business sites back.

How much does a website cost in Newcastle? +
Our prices are fixed and public: £750 for a single-page Starter site, £1,500 for a multi-page Standard build, and £2,500 and up for Premium builds with bookings or a blog. Each carries a monthly care plan from £35, and the written quote you accept is the price you pay.
How long will my site take? +
A Starter site is usually live about a week after you accept the quote; Standard builds take two to three weeks. The honest variable is content — the sooner we have your words and photos, the sooner you are live.
Do I need to write the copy myself? +
No. Tell us the facts — what you do, what it costs, where you work — and we draft the words for you to correct. No photos? Bespoke imagery is included from the Standard tier, and we will tell you honestly whether your build needs it.
What happens after the site goes live? +
It stays looked after. The care plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and content edits — new prices, new hours, a new offer — and cancels on 30 days’ notice. On final payment the site is yours, so you are never locked in.
Can you help us show up on Google? +
Yes, with one caveat: nobody can promise a ranking, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can do is set up your Google Business profile, build pages that load in under a second, and put your services, prices and area in real text a search engine can read. That is included in every tier.
