01 Clause 6
The domain is in your name
Any domain we register for you is registered with you as the legal owner. We manage the DNS and renewals; you hold the keys.
02 Clause 8.1
You own the finished site
On final payment, ownership of the design and the bespoke content made for you passes to you. No hostage situations, no lock-in.
03 Clause 11.2
Cancel with 30 days’ notice
The care plan is a rolling arrangement, not a tie-in. Cancel in writing whenever it stops being worth it and we hand everything over.

A fixed price before we start
You get a written quote covering scope, deliverables and price. Work begins only once you have accepted it — so there is no meter running.

You’re a new studio — why should I take the risk? +
Fair question, and we would rather answer it than dodge it. The work on this page is our own concept builds, not client sites, and we say so plainly. What protects you is written down: a fixed price agreed before we start, your domain registered in your name, ownership of the finished site on final payment, and a care plan you can cancel on 30 days’ notice. And while we are building our first reviews, five clients get £250 off in exchange for an honest one.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace myself? +
You can — but you’ll spend evenings wrestling with it, and the result rarely looks bespoke or loads as fast. We handcraft your site, host it somewhere quicker, and take the whole job off your plate for less than you’d think.
What’s included in the monthly care plan? +
Hosting, SSL security, automatic backups, uptime monitoring, and small content edits — prices, opening hours, photos, a new offer. Think of it as insurance plus a handyman for your website.
Do I own my website? +
Entirely. The site is yours. If you ever leave, we hand over everything — no hostage situations, no lock-in.
How long does it take? +
A Starter site is usually live within a week. Standard sites take two to three weeks, depending on how quickly you get us your content.
What do you need from me? +
Your logo if you have one, some words about your business, and any photos. No photos? We create bespoke imagery for you as part of the build.
Can I pay the build fee in instalments? +
Yes — we can split the build fee across the project. Just ask and we’ll arrange a plan that works for you.
